目的:分析临床实习对护生职业认同感的影响。方法:采用自设问卷对护生进行调查。结果:临床实习会降低护生的职业认同感。结论:职业认同感对护生的职业发展非常重要。护生职业认同感的提升需要学校、医院、社会和护生的共同努力。

Objective This paper investigates the impact of clinical practice on nursing students'professional self-identity.Methods A self-designed questionnaires was used to investigate the nursing students.Results Clinical practice will reduce the professional self-identity of nursing students.Conclusions Professional self-identity is very important for the professional development of nursing students.And the promotion of nursing students'professional self-identity requires the joint efforts of schools,hospitals,society and nursing students.
