主体性视域下大学生党建实践模式探究

大学生党建作为高校党建的重要组成部分,关系到大学生全面发展目标的最终实现。目前高校大学生党建过程中还存在忽视党员的主体地位的现象,从而导致大学生党建针对性不足、实效性不高和创新性不强等问题。针对这一现象,从大学生党建的导向机制和动力机制的角度进一步明确大学生党员在党建中的主体地位,并从党建原则、机制和实践途径的角度构建发挥党员主体性作用的党建实践模式。
