摘要
从2014年起,国务院开始逐步引导一批非研究型普通本科院校向应用技术型大学转型。在此进程中,高校教师作为推动应用技术型大学转型的中坚力量,是培养创新型人才的核心骨干,其发展虽受到广泛的关注,但也面临着很多的不确定型。因此,本文从国外"双师型"教师建设的经验入手,力求通过研究,为所有转型中的高校教师的发展指明一条职业发展的道路。
Since2014,the State Council gradually started to guide and instruct a series of non-research co-mmon undergraduate course colleges to achieve the transformation to the application-oriented type university.In this process,teachers in universities and colleges are viewed to be the dominant forces and core backbones for cultivating the innovative talents.The development of university fa-culty has raised a wide range of attention but also faced up a variety of uncertainties.Therefore,the essay starts out at the experience of building up the double professionally titled teacher team to propose suggestions for the development of university faculty in transformation and career development of all the teachers through research and investigation in this paper.
