基于同行评价的高校教师隐性知识测量研究

Research of Measurement on Tacit Knowledge of University Teachers Based on Peer Evaluation

本文梳理了前人的研究成果,分析高校教师在科研与教学过程中隐性知识的特点,通过层次分析法,建立了高校教师隐性知识测量指标体系。采用同行评价法对部分高校教师进行了隐性知识的测量,发现高校教师隐性知识与教龄显著正相关,与职称部分显著正相关,与性别、学科类别相关性不显著。

This paper reviews the previous research results,analyzes the feature of tacit knowledge in the process of scientific research and teaching,and establishes the measurement index system of tacit knowledge of university teachers through analytic hierarchy process.By peer evaluation method for the measurement of tacit knowledge on the part of teachers in universities,found a significant positive correlation of University Teachers'tacit knowledge and teaching experience,significant positive correlation with the positional title,and there was no significant correlation between gender,subject categories.
