高校资助育人工作精准长效机制的建立对促进教育公平、提高人才培养质量发挥着巨大作用。通过对高校资助育人工作开展过程中资助认定精准性较差、育人功能不突出等困难和问题地分析,从细化认定工作,突出教育导向,创新育人模式等方面探索构建高校资助育人工作精准长效机制,旨在将经济扶贫与精神扶智相结合,最终实现资助育人目的。

The establishment of accurate and long-term mechanism for the work of educating people in universities plays an important role in promoting education fairness and improving the quality of personnel training,and ultimately achieves the purpose of financing education.Through the work of analysis to financial aiddetermination is poor accuracy;education function is not prominent and other difficulties and problems.From the refinement of identified work,highlighting the education-oriented,innovative education model and other aspects of the construction of universities to help educate the work of precision long-term mechanism,aimed at combining economic poverty alleviation and spiritual help,and ultimately achieve the purpose of financing education.
