综合教育在护理本科生综合素质培养中的作用

The Function of Comprehensive Education in the Quality Training of Nursing Undergraduates

目的探讨综合教育对护理本科生综合素质的影响。方法以2013级护理本科1班学生为对象,2014-2016实施综合教育:班主任介绍自己情况,引导和帮助学生"三个转变",强调学习、锻炼身体、参加社会实践的重要性,组织学生学习学生手册,教育学生具有"六心",不定时走访学生,对补考学生提出改进学习方法,奖罚分明。比较实施综合教育前后学生补考率、参加校运会和社会实践、获奖情况,2013-2014学年、2014-2015学年、2015-2016学年学生综合测评优秀率,四、六级英语考试通过率。结果综合教育前后学生补考、参加社会实践、校运会、获奖情况比较差异均有统计学意义(χ~2分别为20.59,8.79,8.92,34.91,p均<0.0167);综合教育前后学生补考体育比较有统计学意义(χ~2=5.49,p<0.05);2013-2014学年、2014-2015学年、2015-2016学年学生综合测评优秀率分别为26.79%、32.14%、42.96%;英语四、六级通过率为55.36%;参加党课学习41人(73.21%)。结论对护理本科生进行综合教育,可以改变学生学习态度,积极参加各种活动,增强体质,从而提高学生的综合素质。

[Object]To explore the influence of comprehensive education toward the quality training of nursing undergraduates.[Method]Nursing undergraduates grade2013class one was picked as the trial group and performed comprehensive education:the monitor of the class introduce itself and helped the students to realize"Three changes",focused on the professional studies,physical exercise and social practice,organized the students to learned the"Student handbook",inspired them to foster"six qualities",made appointment with students occasionally,helped the students who had fail certain exams to improve their study methods and set a equal reward and punishment mechanism.The exam make-up rate,attendance rate of social practice and school sport games,rewarded times,yearly comprehensive testing excellent rate of2013-2014,2014-2015,2015-2016,and the passing rate of CET4and CET6were compared as the tracing indicator.[Result]After the comprehensive study training,the differences of exammake-up rate,attendance rate of social practice,sport game and rewarded times of the students had statistical meaning(χ2were20.59,8.79,8.92and34.91,every p<0.0167);the make-up rate of physical education had statistical meaning(χ2=5.49,p<0.05);the comprehensive testing excellent rate of2013-2014,2014-2015,2015-2016was26.79%,32.14%and42.96%;the passing rate of CET4and CET6was55.36%;the party class attending rate was71.21%.[Conclusion]Comprehensive education will change the study attitude of students,make them be more active in all kinds exercise,enhance physical quality and then improve their comprehensive quality.
