The Ways and Application in Cultivation of Agricultural University Students' Innovative Ability Based on Research Project

目前农科大学生人才培养模式存在缺乏实践训练和创造性,学生在知识和能力上存在严重缺陷,缺乏创新性,造成教育供给与社会需求的不相适应等问题。本文分析了农科大学生创新能力培养过程中存在的问题,阐述了依托科研,提高农科大学生创新能力的对策和途径,为提高农科学生的创新能力的培养提供了有益的参考。

At present,there exist lack of practical training,innovation creativity,and there are serious defects in their knowledge and ability in the training mode of agricultural university students.The results were far from the actual production,from the needs of the industry,lack of innovation.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative ability of Agricultural University students.It also expounds the countermeasures and approaches to improve the innovative ability of agricultural university students relying on Research project.It provides a useful reference for improving the innovative ability of agricultural students.
