基于土木工程专业应用型人才培养实践教学研究——以湖北工程学院为例

Practical Teaching Research Based on the Cultivation of Applied Talents in Civil Engineering——A Case Study of Hubei Engineering University

本文对我校土木工程专业实践教学的现状和存在的问题进行分析,在土木工程专业的人才培养中,着力推进实习实训、创新创业和科研转化三位一体的产教融合教育新理念,完善实践教学信息化改革,探索应用型本科院校土木工程专业应用型、创新型人才培养的新方法。以期培养学生的实践动手操作能力和创新思维能力,促进学生在今后工作岗位中更好发挥个人潜质。

This essay analyses the present situation and problems of the practical teaching in civil engineering of Hubei Engineering University,new educational concepts of the combination of industry and teaching are promoted in talent-cultivation,which include practical training,innovation entrepreneurship and scientific research transform,informatization reformation in practice teaching are further improved,and the method of personnel training of cultivation of applied and creative talents for the application-oriented universities is explored.The method will cultivate the students'practical operation ability and innovative thinking ability,and fulfill their personal potential in the future careers.
