高等教育利益相关者办学质量满意度评价研究——以G大学为例

摘要 在高校自身发展和建设过程中,持续有效的办学质量自评体系与问题反馈机制是提高办学质量、提升治理能力的重要保障。高校开展基于利益相关者的教育质量评价,完善院系评价体系,促进自身发展。通过开展利益相关者满意度调查,了解各方对学校办学条件、人才培养等方面的满意程度,分析学校在发展过程中存在的不足,为学校发展规划及运行管理提供参考和决策支持,并对二级学院进行评价,促其发展。 In the process of self-development and construction of colleges and universities,sustained and effective quality evaluation system and feedback mechanism are important guarantee for improving the quality of school running and improving governance ability.Colleges and universities carry out the evaluation of education quality based on the stakeholders,perfect the evaluation system and promote their own development.Through the investigation of the stakeholders'satisfaction,we need understand the satisfaction of the school condition and personnel training from all parties,analyze the lack of school existed in the process of development,provide reference and decision support for development planning and operation management of the school,and promote the secondary schools'development by evaluation.
