A New Model of E-commerce Talents Training in Our University under the Opportunity of "Double Training"

本文在充分调研的基础上,结合我国电子商务人才需求新情况、我校的专业特色以及部属院校的优势,提出了电子商务人才培养新模式——充分利用重点院校的师资和实习基地的实战"零距离"培养,并给出了"零距离"人才培养模式的基本框架和条件保障,最后给出了培养综合管理类技能型人才的培养细节。

In this paper,on the basis of full investigation,combined with China's new situation,e-commerce talent needs our professional characteristics and advantages of colleges and universities,puts forward the electronic commerce new talents training mode-make full use of the key institutions of teachers and practice base of combat training,"zero distance"and gives the"zero distance"talent training mode of the basic framework and conditions of security,the final comprehensive management skills training details training talents are given.
