Discussion on Practical Ability Training for Undergraduates Majoring in Health Service and Management

健康服务与管理专业是培养应用型、复合型人才的专业,对学生实践能力培养要求很高。本论文以健康服务与管理本科专业学生实践能力培养为主题,探索如何开展实践教学问题。在基于心智模型教学法、虚拟情境教学法和体验式教学法基础上,分析了实践教学环节设计,以期为其他高校提供借鉴与参考。

Health service and management program is aiming to train applied and complex talents,and it demands a great deal of students'practical ability.This study explores how to carry out practical teaching with the theme of cultivating the practical ability of undergraduates majoring in health service and management.Based on the mental model teaching method,the virtual context teaching method and the experiential teaching method,this paper analyzes the design of practical teaching,so as to provide reference for other colleges and universities.
