摘要
人口老龄化是我国今后面临的重大社会问题,社会养老保障和养老服务的需求将急剧增加。但是目前养老机构的床位数还存在较大缺口,尤其在专业化程度上与老年人的需求存在较大差距,老年护理人员数量严重匮乏、老年护理人员综合素质不高、老年护理观念及教育滞后,因此,急需培养一支老年护理专业人才队伍,适应社会老人化的发展。
Population aging is a major social problem in our country in the future,following the increasment of social security and pension service.However the current pension agency beds exist a big gap,especially the large difference between the degree of specialization and the needs of elderly,the severe shortage of the number of elderly nursing staff,the low of overall quality of the elderly nursing,hysteresis of the old concept of nursing and education lags behind.Therefor,developing a nursing professional personnel,to adapt the social development of the old man is urgent.
