The Reform of Higher Vocational Education Under the Modern Apprenticeship System

现代学徒制是通过学校、企业的深度合作与教师、师傅的联合传授,对学生以技能培养为主的现代人才培养模式。现代学徒制下高职院校的理论授课方式或者实训方式已不适应新的教育模式,课堂的教学目标、教学内容、教学方式必须进行改革才能培养出具有学历与职业资格的新型人才。

An apprenticeship is a system of training a new generation of practitioners of trade or profession with on-the-job training and often some accompanying study(classroom work and reading).The traditional teaching mode in which students obtain knowledge only from classroom must be reformed to accommodate new apprenticeships.The teaching objectives and teaching contents should be changed accordingly.
