摘要
"微生物学实验"是高校生物学专业的重要基础课程之一,但是在传统微生物学实验教学过程中,仍然存在各个实验相互独立、学生参与性不强及考核方式单一等一系列问题,从而影响实验课的教学效果。文章在总结了前人教学经验的基础上,从优化实验内容、改变教学方式及完善考核方法等方面进行改革探索,进行综合性、探究性实验以提高教学质量。
Microbiological Experiment is a major basic practical course for undergraduates of biology relevant specialty in university.However,there are many issues during traditional experimental teaching process such as independent experiment program,low participation rate of students and single assessment methods.As a result,we analyzed the problems existed in the teaching process of tranditional Microbiological Experiment,and provided advices to optimize the experimental content,change the teaching methods and improve the assessment methods for comprehensive and exploratory experiments to improve the quality of teaching.
