摘要
通过改变恒温时间来探讨CaO-SiO_2-H_2O系统蒸压加气混凝土的水化机理,结合蒸压加气混凝土体系中气孔、吸水率和水化产物等方面来分析恒温时间对其性能的影响。结果表明CaO-SiO_2-H_2O系统蒸压加气混凝土本质上是石灰水化产物和水泥水化产物与硅质材料发生化学反应生成水化硅酸钙;随着恒温时间延长,该体系基体的物理性能不断提高。
The hydration mechanism of CaO-SiO2-H2O system autoclaved aerated concrete is mainly studied by changing the constant temperature time.The influence of constant temperature time on the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete system is analyzed by means of stoma,water absorption,hydration products and so on.The results show that CaO-SiO2-H2O system autoclaved aerated concrete is essentially lime hydration product and cement hydration product and siliceous material chemical reaction to produce hydrated calcium silicate.With the extension of the heating time,the physical properties of the system matrix continue to increase.
