摘要
针对混合20%玻纤的丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物(AGS)热塑性塑料,进行激光透射焊接试验,得到了线能量对AGS焊接质量的影响规律。在线能量为0.75~1J/mm之间时,剪切强度可达18MPa以上,焊接质量最优。
In this paper,the experiment on laser transmission welding of thermoplastic plastics--fiberglass doped Acrylonitrile-Styrene Copolymers(ASG)was carried out and the influence of line energy on welding quality was obtained.For the joints welded under line energy between0.75to1J/mm,the shear strength was up to18MPa
