摘要 开放互动式教学模式强调以学生为中心,通过教学设计、情景开发、教学方法选择等激发学生自主学习。本文从"劳动关系与劳动政策"课堂教学组织方式和形成性评价入手,分析开放互动式课堂教学改革效果,提出课堂教学须改善团队学习方式、丰富案例资源、灵活使用教学方法的建议。 The open and interactive teaching emphasizes taking students as a center and stimulates students'autonomous learning through teaching design,situational development and teaching methods selection.This paper discribes the classroom teaching organization and formative assessment,analyzes the effects of the classroom teaching reform and points out the suggestions including improving the team learning methods,enriching the case resources and using the teaching methods flexibly.
