地方医学院校非直属附属医院全程教学班教师评价及反馈研究

摘要 非直属附属医院开展全程教学是近年来地方高等医学院校解决临床教学资源不足的一种新型临床教学模式,文章概括了当前非直属附属医院全程教学评价中教师评价及反馈存在的问题,包括缺乏教学反馈的意识,反馈的专业性不强,没有形成闭合评价反馈循环等。并在此基础之上提出有效发挥全程教学评价中教师反馈作用的途径:加强教师教学评价理论培训,建立多样院校教学反馈平台,加强对反馈信息的整理分析指导,强化反馈专项检查。 To carry out the entire process teaching in non-directly affiliated hospitals is a new clinical teaching mode of local medical colleges to solve the shortage of clinical teaching resources in recent years.This paper sums up some current problems existed in clinicians'evaluation and feedback in the evaluation of the entire process teaching in non-directly affiliated hospitals,including clinicians'lack of the consciousness of using teaching feedback,unprofessional feedback,and non-closed evaluation feedback.On this basis,this paper puts forward effective ways to give play to the role of clinicians'feedback in the entire process teaching evaluation:to strengthen the training of clinicians'evaluation theory,to establish a diversified platform for teaching feedback,to enhance the reorganization,analysis and guidance of feedback information,and to strengthen the special inspection for feedback.
