摘要
新高考制度对普通高中教师教学行为提出了新诉求。新高考制度下普通高中教师应当克服教学行为中过度精教、组织不当、缺乏情意的缺陷,通过转变教学理念、提高专业素养和有效反思等策略实现教学行为转变。
The new college entrance examination system puts forward new demands for the teaching behavior of ordinary high school teachers.Senior high school teachers in the new college entrance examination system should overcome teaching behavior in fine teaching,improper organization,and excessive lack of affection defects,change the teaching behavior by changing the idea of teaching,and improve the professional quality and effective reflection strategy.
