精准扶贫理念下的高校学生资助工作研究

Research on University Students' Financial Aid under the Concept of Accurate Poverty Alleviation

高校学生资助工作是高校学生管理的一项重要工作,在帮助贫困大学生健康成长、顺利完成学业、保证教育公平等方面起着积极的作用,体现了社会主义国家良好的教育功能和社会主义制度的优越性。贫困形成原因的多样化以及社会价值观念的改变都给高校学生资助工作带来新的挑战,精准扶贫是国家在顶层设计中针对扶贫工作提出的工作模式,广义上高校学生资助工作也属于国家扶贫工作的一部分,因此本文运用精准扶贫理念对高校学生资助工作重新进行了梳理,意图寻找出更有效的高校学生资助工作方法。

University students'financial aid is an important task for university student management,playing an active role in helping impoverished undergraduates to grow up healthily and to successfully complete their studies,and ensuring education fairness.It reflects the good educational function of a socialist country and the superiority of the socialist system.Due to the diversification of the reasons for the formation of poverty and the change of social values,new challenges have been brought to university students'financial aid.Accurate poverty alleviation is a work mode proposed by the state for poverty alleviation in the top-level design.And in a broad sense,the subsidization of university students also belongs to the national poverty alleviation work.Therefore,this paper uses the concept of accurate poverty alleviation to reorganize the financial aid of university students in an attempt to find out more effective ways of subsidizing college students.
