摘要
"大班授课,小班研讨"是在教学硬件条件和师资条件欠缺情况下所实施的一种个性化教学尝试。在教学实践中,"大班授课"为学生提供教学大纲所规定的教学内容,完成高等教育外语教学的总体目标。"小班授课"则为学生提供个性化学习方案,注重学生需求,增强学习者的个人经历,帮助他们注意学习过程,将课堂语言学习与课外语言应用结合起来。本文拟讨论"大班授课,小班研讨"模式在大学英语阅读教学中的实践应用。
The"big class and small seminar"is a language teaching attempt when the teaching facilities and faculties are limited in teaching college English.In the classroom,big class directs students to accomplish goals of the course in general,while the small seminar can provide them materials to satisfy their unique needs in learning English and put the language into practice during the process of preparing tasks in the seminar with certain topics.Therefore,this paper will discusses how the"big class and small seminar"model is taken into effect in the real big class.
