摘要
肺癌是当今世界上对人类健康和生命威胁最大的恶性肿瘤。其中非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)占所有肺癌的75%~80%,严重威胁人类健康。Ⅳ期NSCLC占所有肺癌的25%~30%,全程管理和综合治疗是此类患者治疗的重点。本文就2017美国临床肿瘤学会(American Society of Clinical Oncology,ASCO)Ⅳ期NSCLC指南进行系统解读,希望有助于指导此类患者的临床治疗。
Lung cancer is the biggest threat malignant tumor to human health and life in the world.Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)accounts for75%～80%of all lung cancers with a serious threat to human health.NSCLC with stagingⅣaccounts for25%～30%of all lung cancer,and the entire management and comprehensive treatment is the focus for these patients.Here,we conduct a systematic interpretation to2017ASCO guideline on these patients with stageⅣNSCLC,and hope to help guiding these patients treatment in clinic work.
