血液透析与血液透析滤过对慢性肾衰竭患儿血清β_2微球蛋白的影响对比分析

Comparative analysis of the effects of hemodialysis and hemodiafiltration on the levels of serum β_2-microglobulin in children with chronic renal failure

目的对比分析血液透析与血液透析滤过对慢性肾衰竭患儿血清β_2微球蛋白的影响。方法选取2016年7月至2016年12月于本院行长期维持性血液净化治疗的22例慢性肾衰竭患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各11例。对照组患儿采取血液透析治疗,观察组患儿采取血液透析滤过治疗。比较患儿治疗前后血清β_2微球蛋白水平及其清除率,观察两组患儿并发症发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患儿血清β_2微球蛋白水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿血清β_2微球蛋白水平和各并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),β_2微球蛋白清除率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论与血液透析相比,血液透析滤过能够更好地清除慢性肾衰竭患儿血清中的β_2微球蛋白,安全性较高,更具有临床推广价值。

Objective To compare and analyze the effect of hemodialysis and hemodiafiltration on the levels of serumβ2-microglobulin in children with chronic renal failure.Method22children with chronic renal failure treated with long-term maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from July2016to December2016were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,11cases in each.Children in control group were treated with hemodialysis,children in observation group were treated with hemodiafiltration.The level of serumβ2-microglobulin and its clearance rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,the complications of the two groups were observed.Result There was no significant difference in levels of serumβ2-microglobulin before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of serumβ2-microglobulin and complications rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),β2-microglobulin clearance rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with hemodialysis,hemodiafiltration can better remove serumβ2-microglobulin,which has higher safety and more clinical value.
