摘要
负荷聚合商作为中小型用户参与电力市场的代理,可以起到整合分散负荷,提供电能批发服务的作用。针对由于用户用电负荷不确定性造成负荷聚合商在实时市场支付额外成本的问题,从减少负荷聚合商运营成本角度出发,将电能储存装置与电动汽车储能技术应用于负荷聚合商日前市场运营,提出了考虑储能装置的负荷聚合商日前市场运营策略。结果表明:该策略可有效减少日前市场购买电量与用户实际用电量之间的误差,降低负荷聚合商的运营成本。
As the agent of the small and medium-sized customers in the electricity market,load aggregators can integrate the decentralized loads and provide wholesale electricity services to customers.Due to the uncertainty of the loads,the aggregator has to pay an additional cost in the realtime market,from the perspective of reducing the aggregator’s operation costs,and the application of energy storage device and electric vehicle power storage technology in load aggregator’s daily market operation,puts forward load aggregator’s daily market operation strategies considering the energy storage device.The result shows that this strategy can effectively decrease the errors between the power by market to purchase and the actual power by customer to consumption,and reduce the operation cost of the load aggregator.
