摘要
随着社会媒体的发展,网络谣言大有泛滥之势。谣言不仅对个人和组织形象造成负面影响,同时扰乱公众心态影响社会稳定,治理网络谣言迫在眉睫。网络谣言犹如网络环境健康机体上的病毒,借鉴人体对病毒入侵的免疫机制,论文构建了多层级、多关口、多系统的网络谣言防御和治理体系,并探讨网络谣言免疫系统的运行机制。
With the development of social media,the online rumors flood.Rumors not only have a negative impact on the image of individuals and organizations,but also disrupt the public mentality and affect social stability,so the governance of online rumors is extremely urgent.Online rumors like the virus in online environment.Based on the immune mechanism of human,the paper constructed a multi-level,multi-gateway,multi-system online rumors defense system,and also explored the mechanism of online rumors’immune system.
