This paper studied the current status of domestic sci-tech novelty.Through the discussion of conventional sci-tech novelty’s ideal mode,the disadvantage exists in practical sci-tech novelty,the paper put forward the service mode concept of“sci-tech novelty+,’in the new,situation.The paper focused on the concept of“sci-tech novelty+,’,put forward the structure frame of“sci-tech novelty+,’service mode,then analyzed the service mode of“sci-tech novelty+,’from service process and service customer groups.It illustrated the function and significance of“sci-tech novelty+”service to the w,hole industr了chain of science and technology econoimic innovation main body from the facts from multiple perspectives.
