图书馆服务模式驱动下小微企业竞争情报服务体系构建及运行研究

Construction and Operation Model of Small and Micro Enterprises Competitive Intelligence Service System Driven by Library

[目的 /意义]面向小微企业科技创新的竞争情报需求,为小微企业构建基于多资源整合、多机构联动、多信息共享的竞争情报服务体系。[方法 /过程]本文从科技型小微企业竞争情报需求出发,充分利用高等学校的区域优势及学科优势,以高校图书馆为联动服务中枢,以大数据、互联网+"知识、技术、经济"溢出网络为支撑,构建由小微企业个体单元需求为主导,多方资源协作共享的竞争情报联动服务体系。[结果 /结论]结合基于高校图书馆驱动的小微企业竞争情报服务体系的构建,探讨小微企业竞争情报线下数据融合、线上协同服务的服务运行模式。

[Objectives/Significance]Targeting at the competitive intelligence demand of small and micro enterprises,scientific and technological innovation,a competitive intelligence ser^^ice system based on multi-resource integration,multiagency linkage and multi-information sharing was build.[Methods/Procedure]Starting with the competitive intelligence demand of technology-based small and micro enterprises,this paper constructed a kind of multi-resource sharing competitive intelligence ser^^ice system,which is supported with big data,Internet Plus,and“knowledge,technology,economic”spillover network.The paper made the utmost of the regional and academic advantages of university,and took the university library as the central service center.[Results/Conclusion]Combined with the construction of intelligence service system of small and micro enterprises which was driven by university library,the operation model basing on offline data fusion and online collaborative was investigated.
