摘要
板级PI仿真分析是保证印制电路板电源完整性(PI)的重要方法,在当今电子行业中,其已得到广泛应用。本文深入分析电源噪声形成机理及解决方法,通过理论分析应用去耦电容的特性实现板级电源完整性的可行性。并通过对核电厂安全级DCS系统进行板级PI仿真分析,以实际案例验证了板级PI可行性方法的正确性。同时,通过板级PI仿真分析进一步达到优化去耦电容方案的目的。该板级PI可行性方法已在NASPIC平台上得到广泛使用,有效保证了NASPIC平台安全、可靠地运行。
The Board-Level PI Simulation is an important method to ensure the power integrity(PI)of printed-circuit board,it has be widely used in today’s electronics.This paper deeply analysis the formation mechanism and solution of power noise,Through analysis the Feasibility of using the characteristics of decoupling capacitor to achieve board-level power integrity based on theory.Through The Board-Level PI Simulation Analysis about Nuclear Advanced Safety Platform of DCS,it validates the accuracy of the Board-Level PI Feasibility Method based on actual case.Moreover,it further achieve the aim of optimizing the program of decoupling through the board-level PI simulation analysis.the method of the board-level PI Feasibility Method has a wide use in NASPIC platform,it ensures the safe and reliable operation of NASPIC platform.
