摘要
开关电源在核电厂安全级DCS基础板卡上得到了广泛应用,纹波是开关电源的一项重要性能指标,直接影响核电厂安全级DCS系统的可靠性。本文立足于对开关电源纹波测试方法的探讨,简要介绍了纹波和噪声的定义、种类、产生原因及对核电厂安全级DCS设备的危害,并详细阐述了示波器原装探头测试法、差分探头测试法、50Ω同轴线缆测试法、双绞线测试法。总结及分析了以上方法的测试数据,为选择合适的纹波测试方法提供参考。
In recent years,switching power supply has been widely used at foundation board of nuclear power plant safety digital control system.Ripple is an important performance index of switching power supply,which affects the reliability of the nuclear power plant safety digital control system directly.This paper explores the test method of switching power supply ripple.It mainly introduces the definition,types,cause of ripple and noise,and the damage to the nuclear power plant safety digital control equipment.It also elaborates that oscilloscope probe test method,differential probe test method,50Ωcoaxial cable test method and twisted pair test method.By analyzing and summarizing the test data,it provides reference for the selection of appropriate ripple test methods.
