压水堆核电厂中,气动调节阀应用广泛,诸多工艺系统中都使用了气动调节阀。气动调节阀可以连续和精确地调节介质流量,实现流体的压力、温度、流量、液位等热力参数的调节,以满足生产工艺流程需要。气动调节阀除了满足工艺系统调节功能,有时还要满足安全功能。为了让气动调节阀满足其应有功能,保证核电厂的安全稳定运行,需要加强气动调节阀的运行和维护管理。

In pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant,pneumatic control valve widely used in many process systems.Then process system can continuously and precisely adjust medium flow by pneumatic control valve,to realize adjustment of the pressure,temperature,flow,level and other thermodynamic parameters,meeting the production process requirements.So.pneumatic control valve must meet its technological system regulation-function,sometimes must meet the safety-function too.In order to meet its function and ensure the safety and stability of the nuclear power plant,there have a necessity to strengthen the operation and maintenance management of pneumatic control valve.
