摘要
本文设计了一种安全级DCS抗震机柜的框架结构,主要包含了底座、顶框、立柱和其他部分的结构,然后对此机柜框架进行了有限元仿真验证,包括了模态计算和反应谱计算,最后参考RCC-M的相关标准对机柜应力计算结果进行校核。计算结果表明,机柜框架有足够的刚度以使其最低阶的模态的频率避开地震反应谱的波峰。同时,在地震加速度的作用下不会发生结构上的破坏。
A kind of cabinet frame of safety DCS is designed,it includes chassis,upper frame,upright posts and other parts.The cabinet frame is analyzed by FEM method,including modal calculation and earthquake response spectrum simulation.According to the results,the cabinet frame has enough rigidity to keep the frequency of the lowest modal away from the wave crest of earthquake response spectrum,and can resist the vibration of earthquake.
