药物联合窄谱中波紫外线光疗治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine oral combination combined with self-made drugs and Narrow-band UVB on plaque type psoriasis

目的探讨药物联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)光疗治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病的临床疗效。方法将60例斑块状银屑病患者随机分为两组。治疗组:中药汤剂口服、外用我院自制药维生素E尿囊素乳膏联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射患处皮损,隔日1次。对照组:单用NBUVB照射患处皮损,隔日1次。于8周后观察斑块、鱗屑、皮损面积浸润程度的变化。结果通过8周治疗,治疗组总有效率84.4%,明显高于对照组的53.5%(P<0.05)。对照组5例患者出现皮肤干燥、瘙痒、灼热感。结论中药汤剂口服及外用我院自制药维生素E尿囊素乳膏联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射的疗效好,不良反应少。

Objective To study curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine oral combination combined with self-made drugs and narrow-band UVB(NB-UVB)on plaque type psoriasis.Methods60patients with plaque type psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group:oral and external use traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth from the pharmaceutical vitamin E allantoin cream in combination with NB-UVB irradiation lesion affected area once a day.Control group:use NB-UVB irradiation lesion affected area once a day.In8weeks after observing plaques,scales,lesion area of infiltration degree of change.Results Through8weeks treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was84.3%,which was higher than53.5%of control group(P<0.05).5cases of control group patients have dry skin,itching,burning.Conclusion Chinese medicine medicinal broth of oral and external use our hospital since pharmaceutical vitamin E allantoin cream in combination with NB-UVB light good curative effect,less adverse reaction.
