沙利度胺不良反应/事件报告分析

Analysis of adverse drug reactions/events reduced by thalidomide

目的探讨沙利度胺临床不良反应/事件的发生特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法选择2010年12月~2015年12月江苏省不良反应监测中心收集的192例沙利度胺不良反应/事件报告进行统计分析。结果沙利度胺所致的不良反应/事件多发生在60岁以上的中老年患者;沙利度胺不良反应累及系统和(或)器官主要为神经系统损害(33.83%)和皮肤及其附件的损害(26.87%)。结论沙利度胺的临床新应用也可引起严重的不良反应/事件,必须加强对沙利度胺的用药指导,加强其致不良反应/事件的研究及防治。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reactions/events of thalidomide,and provide reference for clinical rational drug utilization.Methods Analyzing192cases Thalidomide adverse drug reactions/events reports of Jiangsu province from December2010to March2016.Results Thalidomide adverse reactions involving the nervous system damage(33.83%)and the system and organs skin mucous membrane system(26.87%).Conclusion We should pay attention to thalidomide adverse reactions in the clinical application.We should strengthen drug guidance and the recognization of adverse reaction,so as to avoid the occurrence of serious adverse reaction.
