经筋推拿疗法结合正骨手法治疗骶髂关节损伤的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effect of massage therapy combined bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of sacroiliac joint injury

目的探究推拿结合正骨手法进行骶髂关节损伤治疗的临床价值。方法将100例骶髂关节损伤患者随机均分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者采用推拿手法进行治疗,观察组患者采用推拿结合正骨手法进行治疗,并对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果观察组50例患者中,治愈41例,好转9例,总有效率为100.0%;对照组50例患者中,治愈28例,好转21例,无效1例,总有效率为98.0%,两组间的总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组的治愈率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用推拿结合正骨手法对骶髂关节损伤进行治疗,效果要优于单用推拿手法进行治疗,值得在临床上进行推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of massage therapy combined bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of sacroiliac joint injury.Methods The control group were treated by massage therapy,observation group were treated by massage combined with bone-setting manipulation for treatment,and the treatment effect of two groups were analyzed.Results50patients in the observation group,41patients cured,9patients improved,no treatment is invalid,the total effective rate was100%;50patients in the control group,28patients cured,21patients improved,1cases were invalid,the total effective rate was98%,two groups the total efficiency difference was not statistically significant,but the cure rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The massage therapy combined bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of sacroiliac joint injury.is better than single treatment with massage,it is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
