慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发肺动脉高压患者外周血Apelin、NO、NOS水平的检测意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并发肺动脉高压、肺心病的患者外周血中Apelin、一氧化碳(NO)、一氧化碳合酶(NOS)的水平及其临床意义。方法选取2015年~2016年收治的COPD患者及同期查体的健康患者共120例,随机分为四组:单纯COPD组、COPD合并肺动脉高压组、COPD合并肺心病组、对照组,每组均30例。对比各组外周血的Apelin、NO、NOS的水平。结果单纯COPD组、COPD合并肺动脉高压组、COPD合并肺心病组的外周血的Apelin、NO、NOS水平,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。COPD合并肺动脉高压组、COPD合并肺心病组的外周血的Apelin、NO、NOS水平,均显著低于单纯COPD组(P<0.05)。COPD合并肺动脉高压组和COPD合并肺心病组的外周血Apelin和NO、Apelin和NOS、NO和NOS之间均有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 COPD患者,尤其是合并肺动脉高压、肺心病的患者中,Apelin、NOS、NO显著下降,提示三者在调节肺循环稳态方面可能具有特殊的生理病理意义。 Objective Inquire into the fat inflammatory cytokines Apelin,nitric oxide,nitric oxide synthase level and their significance in patients with COPD、COPD with pulmonary hypertension、COPD combined with pulmonary heart disease.Methods From2015to2016in our hospital,120cases patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and of healthy people were selected.All patients were randomLy divided into four groups:COPD group,COPD with pulmonary hypertension group,COPD control group with heart failure group.Each group had30cases and compared the levels of Apelin,NO and NOS in their peripheral blood.Results The levels of Apelin,NO and NOS in peripheral blood of COPD group and COPD combined with heart failure group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The levels of Apelin,NO and NOS in peripheral blood of patients with COPD combined with pulmonary hypertension and COPD combined with heart failure group were significantly lower than those in the simple COPD group(P<0.05).There was a correlation between peripheral blood Apelin and NO,Apelin and NOS,NO,and NOS in COPD combined pulmonary hypertension group and COPD combined heart failure group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with COPD,especially in patients with pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary heart disease,Apelin,NOS,and NO decreased significantly.These suggest that the three may have special physiological and pathological significance in regulating the pulmonary circulation homeostasis.
