车载森林防火脉冲式水枪的研究与设计

伴随着科学技术不断发展,自动控制技术在森林防火领域起到了至关重要的作用,森林防火装置也逐渐实现了数字化与智能化。"以水灭火"作为扑救森林火灾的主要技术手段,如何准确有效的扑灭火源,防止火势蔓延成为技术关键。针对这一问题,设计了一种车载森林防火脉冲式九孔水枪,采用PID控制算法对枪架的仰俯角与方位角进行控制,保证了水枪射击精度,减小了灭火弹落点误差,提高了灭火效率。

With the development of science and technology,automatic control technology play a crucial role in the forest fire prevention area,and the forest fire prevention device gradually realizes digital and intelligent.‘dousing the fire with water’is the major technical methods to extinguish the forest fires,and that how to extinguish the fire source accurately and effectively and how to stop the fire from spreading become key technologies on.To solve this problem,a vehicular forest fire proof nine-hole pulsed water gun is designed in this paper.The PID control algorithm is used in this device to control the pitch angle and azimuth angle of the gun rack.This control algorithm ensures the shooting accuracy of the water gun,reduce the fire extinguishing bomb drop point error and improve the efficiency of extinguishing fire.
