摘要
安全壳人员闸门和设备闸门是保证安全壳压力边界密封性和完整性的重要组成部分。闸门密封性直接关系到人员的安全性。闸门通过O形密封圈实现密封功能,本文采用ANSYS Workbench17.0建立O形密封圈二维轴对称模型,通过两个荷载步模拟密封圈预压缩和受介质压力两种状态,研究不同密封沟槽尺寸、不同初始压缩率以及不同O形圈硬度下O形密封圈的变形、应力和最大接触应力的变化,为闸门密封设计提供依据和参考。
The personnel airlock and equipment airlock are important parts for ensuring sealing and integrality of containment vessel.It’s sealing propriety direct concerns people’s security.The airlock’s sealing function is achieved by O-ring seal.Through ANSYS Workbench17.0,the two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model of the rubber O-ring is established,two load steps are used to simulate the O-ring seal’s two cases.By analyzing the O-ring seal’s total deformation,von-mises stress and maximum contact stress under different seal groove,compression ratio,and hardness,the sealing effect law under different controlling factor is achieved,thus providing bases for the designing of airlock sealing.
