以太阳光为代表的一切自然资源,都是人类生存和社会发展的必要条件,是生产力的要素。能源作为生产力这部"引擎"的"燃料",以及人类文明发展的动力,它形态各异,可源源不断地创造价值,具有资本的属性。从资本的角度认识能源、开发能源、利用能源,将是人类社会生活中不变的主题,具有认识论和方法论的重要意义。

All natural resources which come from the sunlight are the essential conditions on the survival and development of human beings as well as other productive factors.Being fuel of productivity engine and driving force to push forward human civilization,the energy has the property of capital,so it can create value continuously.In the view of the capital,the understanding,exploiting and utilizing energy will be the ageless themes.The energy capital has the significance of epistemology and methodology.
