创新网络:在资源流动中破解新药研发难题

摘要 我国新药研发的资源困境是创新资源的供应难以满足日益增长的需求,原因在于创新资源投入不足和流动性较差,提高资源的流动性和利用率是目前拓展创新资源的有效路径。网络联结关系能满足创新主体对异质性资源的需求,降低研发成本和风险。走出新药研发的资源困境,除加大投入力度外,可通过创新主体之间的联结和互动,增加资源在各主体之间的流动、共享、优化配置和利用,提高资源的利用率。 Compared with developed countries,the insufficiency of resources restricts the R&D of new drug and independent innovation ability in China.The resource dilemma in R&D of new drug is that the supply of innovative resources cannot meet the increasing demand.The causes are lack of investment in innovation resources and poor fluidity of resources.At present,the effective path of solution is to improve the fluidity of resources.The ties among innovation networks can meet the demand for heterogeneous resources to innovation actors and reduce their cost and risks of R&D.Besides of increasing resources investment,to get out of the dilemma is that the resources should be enhanced to flow and to be shared,optimized and utilized through the ties and interaction among actors.In a word,it is to improve the efficiency to use resources.
