椎间孔镜微创治疗各种特殊类型腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的探究使用椎间孔镜微创治疗各种特殊类型腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选取2016年7月~2017年7月期间赣州市立医院90例各种特殊类型腰椎间盘突出症患者,均对其实施椎间孔镜微创治疗,观察患者的临床疼痛情况,同时对患者治疗的优良率进行评价,分析椎间孔镜微创治疗的效果。结果患者治疗后的疼痛评分明显低于治疗前,患者情况得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗的优良率为94.44%;平均住院时间为(4.25±1.23)d,恢复正常生活的平均时间为(11.5±3.5)d,患者复发率为2.22%。结论椎间孔镜微创治疗各种特殊类型腰椎间盘突出症,能够改善患者临床情况,松解患者神经根的压迫,缓解疼痛,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive treatment of various types of lumbar disc herniation with intervertebral foramen.Methods90patients with special types of lumbar disc herniation who underwent Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from July to July in2016were enrolled in this study.The patients were treated with minimally invasive treatment of intervertebral foramen,and the clinical pain was observed.Good and low rate to evaluate the effect of minimally invasive treatment of intervertebral foramen.Results The pain score after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment,the patient was significantly improved(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time was(4.25±1.23)days,the average time to normal life was(11.5±3.5)days,and the recurrence rate was2.22%.Conclusion Microsurgical minimally invasive treatment of various types of lumbar disc herniation can improve the clinical condition of patients,relieve the oppression of nerve root,relieve pain and deserve clinical application.
