摘要
目的单纯大隐静脉曲张与合并交通性瓣膜关闭不全患者高位结扎+激光治疗后中短期血管再通率的对比分析。方法回顾分析大隐静脉曲张患者85例(共计100条肢体),其中47条下肢单纯大隐静脉曲张(A组),53条下肢合并交通性瓣膜关闭不全患者(B组),同时给予大隐静脉高位结扎+激光治疗,比较两组患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月术后血管再通率变化。结果随访88条患肢,随访率88.0%,A组随访42条下肢,1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月血管再通分别是0条、1条、1条、2条;B组随访46条下肢,1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月血管再通分别是0条、2条、5条、12条。A组与B组术后1个月、3个月、6个月血管再通率对比,差异无统计学意义。A组与B组术后12个月血管再通率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论交通支结扎可以降低大隐静脉高位结扎+激光治疗术后复发率。
Objective To compare analysze the rate of recanalization in the middle and short-term after high level ligation conbined with laser treatment between the simple grate saphenous varicose and the combined perforating valve insufficiency patients.Methods Rretrospective analysis85cases(a total of100limbs)great saphenous varicose vein in the hospital.47simple varicose veins(group A)and53patients with perforating venous insufficiency(group B),to give great saphenous vein high ligation combined with laser treatment at the same time,compared the change rate of postoperative vascular recanalization and the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients with postoperative1month,3months,6months,12months.Results Follow-up of88limbs,the follow-up rate was88.0%,group A follow-up42lower limbs,1month,3months,6months,12months recanalization were0,1,1,2;and group B follow-up46lower limbs,the case of recanalization were0,2,5,12.Contrast the rate of recanalization between the group A and group B at1month,3months,6months,there was no statistically significant difference.But follow-up12months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ligating perforating vein can reduce the recurrence rate after great saphenous vein high ligation combined with laser treatment.
