TK1、TP在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析非小细胞肺癌肺癌组织、癌旁正常肺组织组织、正常肺组织及炎性肺组织血清胸苷激酶(TK1)、胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)表达水平,并探讨分期与表达之间的关系。方法本研究于2014年7月~2016年7月共完成研究75例非小细胞肺癌,纳入病例组,同时根据年龄、性别校正,入选50例良性肺疾病患者,纳入良性组,进行组织胸苷激酶(TK1)、胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)检测,进行对比,评价TK1、TP在非小细胞肺癌诊断、分期、疗效预测中的价值。结果肺癌组织TK1阳性率、TP阳性率高于癌旁正常肺组织组织、正常肺组织及炎性肺组织,癌旁正常肺组织组织与炎性肺组织高于正常肺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌各临床分期与TK1以及TP表达水平,TK1随着分期的上升,表达水平也随之上升,TP随着分期上升表达水平也随之上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有淋巴转移的患者TK1、TP表达水平高于无转移者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌TK1以及TP表达存在显著相关性,随着分期的上升,相关系数r绝对值呈下降趋势,未见高度相关性(P<0.05)。近期治疗,有效对象治疗前TK1表达水平3(1~8)%低于无效者(53.46±12.56)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TK1、TP在非小细胞肺癌中的表达与分期有关,TK1表达可以预测预后,两者表达存在相关性。 Objective To analysis of non small cell lung cancer lung cancer tissue,adjacent normal lung tissue,serum thymidine kinase in normal lung tissue and inflammatory lung tissue(TK1),thymidine phosphorylase(TP)expression,and to explore the relationship between stage and expression.Methods From July2014to July2016,the75cases of non-small cell lung cancer were included in the case group,at the same time,accordied to age,gender correction,selected the50benign lung disease patients into the benign group,the organization of thymidine kinase(TK1),thymidine phosphorylase(TP)detection,comparison,evaluation of TK1,TP in the diagnosis.Non small cell lung cancer staging,curative effect of the predictive value.Results The positive rate of TK1in lung cancer tissue,the positive rate of TP was higher than that of adjacent normal lung tissue,normal lung tissue and inflammatory lung tissue,adjacent normal lung tissue and inflammatory lung tissue than that in normal lung tissue,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical staging of non-small cell lung cancer and the expression of TP and TK1the level of TK1with the stage increased,the expression level of TP also increased,with the rising stage expression level also increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There is lymph node metastasis in patients with TK1,the expression level of TP was higher than that without metastasis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant correlation between the expression of TK1in non-small cell lung cancer and TP staging,along with the rise,correlation coefficient of the absolute value of R decreased,there was no high correlation(P<0.05).In the near future,a valid object before treatment the expression level of TK13(1-8)%lower than that of ineffective(53.46±12.56)%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Staging of non small cell lung cancer with TK1,the expression of TP,TK1expression can predict the prognosis.The correlation between the expression of existence.
