丹参多酚酸盐治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

目的研究丹参多酚酸盐治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察效果。方法选取溃疡性结肠炎患者92例,将其进行分组后,各46例。对照组采取柳氨磺吡啶肠溶片进行治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上增加丹参多酚酸盐进行滴注治疗,并对两组患者的治疗结果进行对比分析,研究其临床治疗效果。结果在本次临床治疗比较中,实验组患者的治疗效率优于对照组,分别为93.48%和76.09%;且治疗后的血清的各成分含量下指标,相比较的对照组,也更为合格,在临床中,患者的治疗结果,更满足于患者的治疗需求,经腔镜检测,实验组患者的糜烂、水肿等疾病情况,比如实验组患者的水肿与糜烂评分分别为(1.5±0.6)和(1.9±0.7)分,对照组患者的两项评分分别为(1.9±0.5)与(2.5±0.6)分,均低于对照组,各数据结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明本次临床研究结果,均符合统计学研究意义。结论在临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎的过程中,采取丹参多酚酸盐滴注辅助治疗,能够更好的满足患者的治疗需求,在临床中,可进行推广应用,其临床效果,能够更好的满足患者的治疗需求。

Objective To study the curative effect of salvianolate on ulcerative colitis.Methods Totally92patients with fasting colitis were selected and divided into groups of46patients.The control group was treated with sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets.The experimental group was given Salviae miltiorrhizae polyphenols for instillation on the basis of the control group,and the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed to study the clinical effect.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was93.48%and76.09%respectively in this clinical treatment comparison;and the indexes of each component of the serum after treatment were more significant compared with the control group Qualified,in clinical,the patient's treatment results,more satisfied with the patient's treatment needs,endoscopic examination,the experimental group of patients with erosion,edema and other diseases,such as experimental group of patients with edema and erosion score were(1.5±0.6)and(1.9±0.7)respectively.The two scores in the control group were(1.9±0.5)and(2.5±0.6)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,indicating that the results of this clinical study are in line with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis,Salviae miltiorrhiza polyphenols instillation adjuvant therapy can better meet the treatment needs of patients,which can be popularized and applied in clinic,and its clinical effect can be better Meet the patient's treatment needs.
