摘要
侧孔式电子膨胀阀改变了现有市场上以锥阀结构作为流口的节流部件。本文对两种形式节流部件进行实验研究分析发现,侧孔式电子膨胀阀在流量特性、开阀和泄露等性能方面有了很大改善。流量的线性化为精确控制提供了保证,对提高制冷系统性能具有重要的意义。
Side-hole electronic expansion valve changed the normal cone valve structure in the current market.The two kinds of throttling parts were studied by experimental investigation,and the experimental results show that,the electronic expansion valve characteristics of flow characteristics,the opening performance,leakage characteristic and other performance have been greatly improved.The linearization of flow rate provides a guarantee for the precise control,and it is important for improving the performance of the refrigeration system.
