摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP–AES)对甲基磺酸盐电镀锡溶液中的Fe和Pb的含量进行同时测定,确定了Fe和Pb的最佳分析谱线分别为259.940 nm和220.353 nm。该方法的Fe检出限为0.096 g/L,回收率为95.8%~106.7%,Pb检出限为0.063 mg/L,回收率为95.7%~109.6%,其线性相关系数均大于0.999,相对标准偏差均小于3%。该法简单快捷,准确度及精密度都较高。
The simultaneous determination of iron and lead contents in methanesulfonate tin electroplating bath was studied by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The optimal analytical spectral line was determined to be259.940nm for Fe and220.353nm for Pb.The detection limit is0.096g/L for Fe and0.063mg/L for Pb.The recovery is95.8%-106.7%for Fe and95.7%-109.6%for Pb.The linear correlation coefficients are both greater than0.999and the relative standard deviations are less than3%.The method is simple and fast with good accuracy and precision.
