摘要
介绍了镀锌层三价铬钝化的成膜过程和机理。综述了钝化液中的氧化剂、配位剂、成膜剂、其他金属盐和封闭剂对镀锌层三价铬钝化的影响及相关的研究进展,总结了三价铬钝化的工业化情况,展望了三价铬钝化的发展方向。
The film formation process and mechanism of trivalent chromium passivation on zinc coating were introduced.The effects of oxidant,complexant,film forming agent,other metal salts and sealant in passivation bath on trivalent chromium passivation on zinc coating and related research status were reviewed.The industrialization situation of trivalent chromium passivation was summarized.The development directions of trivalent chromium passivation were prospected.
