简单皮瓣修复术在手外伤治疗中的应用

Application of simple flap repair in the treatment of hand injuries

目的探讨简单皮瓣修复术在手外伤治疗中的应用效果。方法 40例手外伤患者,患者均采用简单皮瓣修复法进行治疗,观察其效果。结果经治疗后40例患者中成活36例,成活率为90.0%。术后随访3~6个月,手外形及手部功能恢复良好,对日常生活无明显影响。结论手外伤患者经简单皮瓣修复术治疗后皮瓣存活率高,术后手功能恢复良好。

Objective To discuss the application effect of simple flap repair in the treatment of hand injuries.Methods A total of40patients with hand injuries were treated with simple flap repair,and their effect was observed.Results After treatment,36patients survived in40cases,and the survival rate was90%.After3~6months of follow-up,hand shape and hand function recovered well,and had no significant influence on daily life.Conclusion Repair of hand injury patients by simple skin flap has high survival rate,and postoperative functional recovery is good.
