股骨干骨折的术前术后护理体会

Preoperative and postoperative nursing experience of femoral shaft fracture

目的研究分析股骨干骨折患者术前术后的临床护理方式及效果。方法 30例股骨干骨折患者,给予患者心理护理、病情观察、疼痛护理、感染预防等措施后,对患者的临床护理情况进行观察总结。结果患者经过6~12个月的随访显示,30例患者术后愈合均良好,无一例严重并发症发生。结论为患者提供科学合理的护理服务能够改善股骨干骨折患者的疗效,减少患者的治疗周期,降低临床并发症发生率,让患者更快的愈合,有利于患者恢复健康,临床中具有重要意义,值得推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the preoperative and postoperative clinical nursing mode and effect of femoral shaft fracture patients.Methods A total of30femoral shaft fracture patients all received psychological nursing,pain nursing,disease observation and infection prevention,and their clinical nursing condition was observed and summarized.Results The patients were followed up for6~12months,and30patients healed well without any serious complications.Conclusion Scientific and reasonable nursing service for patients with femoral shaft fracture can improve their efficacy,reduce the patient’s treatment cycle,lower the incidence of complications and quicken healing of patients.It helps patients recover health,and has important significance in clinic.It is worthy of promotion and use.
