摘要
组织文化是影响高校图书馆学科服务能力建设的精神文化因素,通过组织文化变革,提升学科服务能力。文章通过文献调查、网络调查、理论移植和模型设计,研究组织文化对学科服务的影响,提出基于文化变革的学科服务能力建设方案,并给出实例说明。组织文化对学科服务的影响可分为直接影响、间接影响和潜在影响,基于文化变革的学科服务能力建设方案包括了组织文化变革的方法、过程、管理和内容,以此提升学科服务能力。
Organizational culture is the spiritual and cultural factor that influences the capacity building of subject service of academic libraries,by changing organizational culture,improving the capacity of subject service.The literature research method,network investigation,theoretical transplantation and model design are used,By studying the influence of organizational culture on subject service,this paper proposes the solution of capacity building of subject service based on cultural change,and gives an example.The influence of organizational culture on subject service is comprehensive and multilayered,and can be divided into direct influence,indirect influence and potential influence.Therefore,academic libraries should adopt the solution of capacity building of subject service based on cultural change in order to improve the capacity of subject service of academic libraries,and the solution includes method,process,management and content of organizational culture change.
