摘要
通过对已有开行方案评价指标体系的研究分析,建立以速度指标、经济指标和运营指标为核心的传统开行方案评价指标体系;针对高铁的高速度和高服务质量的特点,着重对服务类和速度类指标进行补充和构建。由于被评价列车有样本数量大以及指标变量多的特点,采用因子分析法对列车进行评价,随后对样本进行聚类分析,并采用定性与定量相结合的方式对评价结果进行分析。研究结果表明:补充指标能较好地反映高速铁路列车在速度和服务上的优劣;因子分析法能够对列车在整体以及局部进行评价;聚类分析能够合理地将列车分类,并为优化调整提供建议。
Through analyzing the index system of current plan,this paper set up a traditional planning index system based on three aspects,including speed index,economy index and operation index.In addition,focusing on the high-speed trains,the servicing index was complemented and constructed.The factor analysis was adopted to evaluate the trains due to the number of trains and variables,and the trains were classified by the cluster analysis.Finally,the results of the evaluation was analyzed.The results of the actual sample show that the complementary indexes can reflect the performance of trains in speed and service.Factor analysis can greatly evaluate the trains partly and wholly.Cluster analysis can appropriately categorize the trains and offer the suggestions of optimizing.
